Where oceans bleed into the sky.
Where memories become sins.
The sins of my father.
The sins of my tongue.
Like transmissions in fading away.
These memories stored in cold decay.
Simply go away.
Like oceans bleeding into a sky.
Where memories become sins.
Where a child plays, carefree.
Where a man cries is always,
Where oceans bleed into the sky.
Where memories become sins.
Where oceans bleed into the skies.
Where memories are all you have keeping you going.
Where you just want to quit.
But you can't.
Because you still see the horizon line.
"Dear Princess Celestia," Twilightsparkle began. "Continuing my study of the elements of friendship I have found that friendship can sometimes extend into fonder feelings between two ponies. Feelings of longing, attraction, and just wanting to be with that pony. So much so that it almost transcends Friendship and becomes something else. Something more. Do you have all that Spike?"
"Yep!" The dragon answered.
"Okay, so read it back to me."
Spike cleared this throat before beginning. "Dear Princess Celestia," he said regally. As if he were reading a royal edict from the Princess herself. "I am in love with AJ."
"Spike!" Twilight snapped. Al
Fluttershy put the last of the food away, having just gotten done feeding all the little animals. She looked around, making one more spot check making sure everyone had the food they needed. Being satisfied that everyone had been given their share, the Pegasus smiled. They ran through the woods, branches swatting their arms and legs like whips. The sounds of war fading behind them as they ran. Though, both of the Falencians could still smell the bitter smell of blood in the air. Finally, they broke free of the tree line and into a clearing. The pair slowed their sprint down to a complete stop. The woman tore her hand from the man's and glared.
"Leon! Why have you dragged me here?!" she shouted.
"Your highness, please! It is safe here. With both the Bellraxian and the Archmandain armies on that field, Falencia doesn't stand a chance. If you are captured or killed, moral all over the country w

Day 5 Sunshine, Balloons and Flour
"Come on, leave me alone. It's too early. Just let me sleep a little longer, please?" the flame-maned pegasus complained.
"I know; I'm really tired too. This lack of sleep is really getting to me, but we've got to get over to Sugar Cube Corner soon, before she comes looking for us," Dash said, still trying to get Spitfire to just open her eyes. "Look, I'm going to go downstairs and start some coffee. We're going to need it. Meet me in the kitchen in five minutes or I'm coming back with a bucket of ice water," Dash gave Spit
The slow ache of the unending evening left Twilight moored in despair. She lay there, on her prettily patterned sheets, as the dark that leaked over the windowsill still refused to vanish. It could have sat there for all eternity.
Alone. Spike was downstairs, driven off by her temperament, a ghost still wandering behind walls of wood. She brewed, mulling over things. The flow of water. How it started in one place, cascading, bounding, spilling over earth and rock. Sometimes it pooled and rose into a lake, or a pond. Sometimes it kept flowing and flowing, until it reached the sea, gushing out into the boundless blue that met the horizon. Som

Day 3 Hard Boiled Egghead
Celestia's sun had only been up for a few hours, but Rainbow Dash, Spitfire and Fluttershy were already awake and standing in front of Fluttershy's cottage. Rainbow Dash was still stretching, yawning, and attempting to wake up.
"Well, we should probably start heading to the library. We'll have to walk; the sky is too clear this morning to risk flying. Besides, this early in the morning, there shouldn't be anyone on the roads."
Rainbow's last few words were harder to understand as she spoke through her yawn. Cinching her borrowed hoodie tight around her flame-colored mane, Spitfire turned towards Flutt
My name is Joshua Staggs. I consider myself a hobbyist writer, hopefully someday professional. I mostly play around in the Fantasy genre and I sometimes write poetry. I enjoy to play games, mostly role playing games and I love hanging out with friends. Music is a big part of my life, it certainly makes writing a whole lot easier. I listen to just about anything except country and the really hard stuff. In any case, I'm excited to be here at Deviantart to show my art and hopefully improve it. I'd be honored to get your opinion so take a look. Constructive Criticism is appreciated, welcome, and encouraged.
Okay, I've probably lost a lotta fans considering how long it's been since my last upload. For some reason I'm in a slump, it may have to do with the fact that Rainbow-Pie is the hardest shipping for me to write. I'm gonna start Drafts for the second Chapter part 1. It'll be the Second part of to Flarity. I'm not making any promises but I will be trying to get another part up soon.
Any fans that are still loyal, I would like to personally apologize. I will try to get some chapters up for those of you who do still read. Thank you.
Okay... well I know I said I'd have it up by Monday...
But real life is being a... well a bitch.
Lost my job.
Girlfriends dad is in the hospital.
Things suck right now.
Job is first priority. Far above a My Little Pony fanfic...
Or Falencia.
I'll be seeing you guys later... whenever I get the muse...
So, I'm sure a few of you have noticed my activity has been zilch these past few days.
I had a few... computer issues. Let's just leave it at that. Anyway, I'm back and I'll have both the Pinkie-dash part of up and Chapter 2 of Falencia up by Monday to make up for it. Again, real sorry folks. But I'm back and in action.
Really, do you think I'd leave you guys hanging? Nah.
